A: Yes. OEM logo/pattern printing is available upon meeting MOQ. For other custom requests, contact us – we’ll strive to fulfill them.

Q: Can I customize if I don’t meet the MOQ?

A: Reach out to our sales team. If there’s a similar ongoing mass production (palette, etc.) you accept, a smaller order (under MOQ) may be possible.

Q: Can I get samples before a large order?

A: Yes. Stock samples: shipped within 3 days. Custom samples: 7–10 days. Purchase samples to test first.

Q: Are web image colors authentic?

A: Monitor differences may cause color variations. We recommend sampling, as skin tones also affect perception.

Q: What's the universal lead time for order delivery?

A: Goods in stock: 2-10 working days. (If you need to add your logo on items, it needs 5-10 days to make you logo.) Mass production:25-35 working days (It's longer in peak season .)

Q: What shipping options and tracking are there?

A: A 1%–3% breakage rate is normal. For > 3%, send photos – we’ll compensate on your next order.
